On 2nd December 2016 at 15.00 hours, Permanent Secretary of Labour M.L. Puntrik Smiti chaired the hair removal ceremony of nagas, where 95 nagas comprising employers, employees and government officers took part in honour and commemoration of the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
The Ministry of Labour’s executives including Deputy Permanent Secretary Mr. Anurak Tossarat, Inspector-General Mr. Soothi Sukosol, the Department of Employment’s Director-General Mr. Singhadet Chu-umnart, the Department of Labour Protection and Welfare’s Director-General Mr. Sumet Mahosot, Deputy Director-General of the Department of Skills Development and acting Inspector-General Mr. Vichai Kongrattanachat will also take part in this ordination at Rama 9 Temple on Kanchanapisek road in Bangkok.
The merit-making ceremony is scheduled for Saturday 3 December 2016 at Rama 9 Temple. From there participants will travel to Yannasangwararam Worawiharn in Chon Buri from 4th � 17th December 2016 and will leave monkhood on Saturday 17th December 2016.
