The school director who was accused of having sexual affairs with his underaged students has denied the charges filed against him by Bua Yai district police and vowed to fight the case in the court.
The school director in Bua Yai district of Nakhon Ratchasima, turned himself in to the police at Bua Yai district police station today (Wednesday) to acknowledge the charges of defamation and taking away minors who are under 15 years of age from their parents.
Pol Col Karom Boonsod, superintendent of Bua Yai district police, said police would file an addition charge of sexually assaulting an underaged if there are sufficient evidence to support the charge.
The school director was questioned for about two hours during which he denied all the charges against him. After the interrogation session, he declined to talk to the Press, claiming that he didn’t feel well and he would testify in court.
He was released on bail and was required to show up before the Bua Yai district police for another round of interrogation on March 5.
Officials from the Nakhon Ratchasima social development and human security office met with Bua Yai police today to provide information to the police regarding Mr Nathapob’s alleged sex affairs with three underaged students.
