Bangkok, The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) will list
“DIAMOND ETF” depositary receipt (DR), issued by Bualuang Securities pcl, on
March 31, under the ticker symbol “FUEVFVND01”.
DR “DIAMOND ETF” is based on DCVFMVN DIAMOND ETF tracking the VN DIAMOND Index.
The index consists of 17 leading securities in Vietnam’s top industry groups:
financials, consumer discretionary, technology, industrials and real estate, of
which foreign ownership holding almost reaches the limit. DIAMOND ETF,
therefore, is an effective vehicle for foreign investors in Vietnam stocks. The
initial public offering (IPO) of DR “DIAMOND ETF” took place during March 22 –
24, 2022.
DR provides investors a choice to diversify portfolio overseas conveniently
through the Thai stock market. Investors can trade DR in Thai baht via existing
securities accounts, similar to trading Thai stocks.
