“Call Dad Sithar” Series Set to Premiere on Channel 9 After Two Years of Preparation

Bangkok: Fluke Phusit and Saengnuea Jitbun are delighted that their series “Call Dad Sithar” will air on Channel 9 after two years of preparation. The auspicious ceremony for the Boys Love series “Your Dear Daddy” was held today at 9:30 AM. The cast, including Fluke Phusit, Saengnuea Jitbun, May Methakan, and Nana Ramita, along with producer Treerak Booncharoen and director Rice Natit Kweekornwong, and executives from MCOT Public Company Limited, including Mr. Wasin Bunyakom, Assistant Director-General of the Television Division, participated in the ceremony to bring good fortune to the cast and crew.

According to Thai News Agency, the series producer, Treerak Booncharoen, and the cast, including Fluke Phusit, Saengnuea Jitbun, May Methakan, and Nana Ramita, revealed that the series has been in preparation and filmed for two years. Finally, it’s taking shape and has a broadcasting channel. They expressed their joy and honor in working with Channel 9 (Channel 30), a channel they’ve followed since childhood.

Fluke and Saengnuea also shared about the warm atmosphere during filming. They spent four days and four nights shooting at a tea plantation in Chiang Rai province. Even though the temperature dropped to 12 degrees Celsius, they felt warm because they had someone by their side to hug. Working together went smoothly because they had known each other for over two years, allowing them to understand each other almost perfectly. They communicated constantly, went out for meals, and participated in activities together, which helped to enhance their acting. This was Saengnuea’s first leading role, but she was determined to do her best, thanks to Fluke’s guidance. Fluke, in turn, was dedicated and serious about acting, never underestimating the craft. This was his first leading role in six years, requiring a lot of practice to shake off the rust, but they managed to get through it.

Although it’s a romantic comedy, the love scenes are quite steamy. Fluke and Saengnuea revealed that the love scene was one of the first they filmed, and everyone was fully committed. They ended up with bruised lips and almost broken teeth during the scene. Fluke confessed that he was the one who bit the other person’s lip, which might have been a minor accident during filming. Even so, they took every precaution to protect each other and asked for everyone’s consent beforehand. If you want to know just how steamy it is, you’ll have to watch!

May Methakarn and Nana Ramita revealed that they are now very close. Working together can be stressful at times, but they consult each other to ensure the work turns out well. They hope this project will generate buzz and bring them fame and a large fan base. They then mentioned that they have already visited five different temples abroad for spiritual guidance and made many vows to sacred sites in Thailand. If their wishes are fulfilled, they are ready to fulfill their vows.
