The project’s primary goal is to foster women’s self-reliance by developing vocational skills, establishing provincial cooperation networks, and expanding potential within the creative economy. The event featured two main activities: strengthening women’s development committees and creating learning opportunities for women’s career advancement. A total of 160 participants engaged in practical training at the Weaving College, while 80 participants represented women’s career groups, all contributing to the creative economy.
