Bangkok: Anutin Charnvirakul led a delegation to Chengdu to support 153 Thai businesspeople in expanding into the Chinese market. He declared the government is ready to provide support and opened the fourth Board of Investment (BOI) office to create investment opportunities and facilitate business matching.
According to Thai News Agency, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Anutin Charnvirakul spoke about his visit to the People's Republic of China. Today, he will travel to Chengdu to meet with 153 Thai businesspeople from 48 companies participating in an event organized by the Board of Investment (BOI) and the opening of its fourth headquarters in Chengdu. He emphasized that the focus shouldn't be on who brought whom, as the businesspeople will not waste time on unproductive activities and all see opportunities for growth.
The participation of over 100 Thai private sector companies demonstrates their recognition of the opportunities, readiness, and strength in seeking partnerships and engaging in business matching to foster mutual growth. The Cabinet and the government are ready to provide support and facilitate the process within existing laws to create new opportunities for investors.
