Dr. Wasin Lertkiatdamrong from a leading construction company in Chiang Mai noted that the prices for land, houses, and condominiums have increased in some areas. The rise is attributed to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East and labor shortages, which have also driven up construction material costs.
