Chongqing:The city of Chongqing has successfully transformed its old factories into vibrant amusement parks, drawing an impressive average of 100,000 tourists daily.
According to Thai News Agency, a newly launched complex in Chongqing called "industry plus tourism" has gained significant attention from Chinese tourists, particularly during the National Day holiday. This innovative project is located on Foreigner Street Meixin No. 2 in the Banan District and has revitalized a former factory site into a tourist hotspot.
The project's first phase includes a blend of industrial ambiance and cultural tourism. The factory space has been converted into a tourist attraction, while former workshops have been repurposed as shopping areas. During the initial four days of its opening, nearly 100,000 visitors per day explored the site. The attractions include an exhibition hall for relaxation, a shopping district, and a unique factory-style hot pot dining area alongside various entertainment options.
