Chulaphan Dismisses Cabinet Reshuffle Speculations, Affirms Prime Minister Anutin’s Authority

Bangkok: Mr. Chulaphan Amornvivat, leader of the Pheu Thai Party, has refuted rumors about a cabinet reshuffle, confirming that Pheu Thai has not yet submitted a list of names for ministerial positions and emphasizing that the final decision rests with Prime Minister Anutin.

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chulaphan addressed circulating rumors about the allocation of ministerial positions and the rejection of nominee lists. He stated firmly that the party has not discussed ministerial quotas or submitted any lists of candidates to the leading party. The party is waiting to secure a decisive majority, which is expected to convene parliament in late March.

Mr. Chulaphan assured that the Pheu Thai Party maintains strong unity and has qualified personnel ready to serve in the administration. He described the ministerial lists circulating in the media as speculation during the political vacuum. He emphasized that the Prime Minister has the ultimate authority in the selection of the administrative team, ensuring the smooth functioning of the government.
