According to Thai News Agency, the attacks occurred in Moo 7, Yingor Subdistrict, where CCTV footage revealed two perpetrators using improvised explosive devices (IEDs) assembled in unknown aluminum containers, detonated using timers.

At 10:00 AM on February 15, 2026, key officials including Pol. Maj. Gen. These incidents took place between 11:05 PM and 5:00 AM on the previous night. The five targeted locations, approximately 300 meters apart, fortunately resulted in no injuries or fatalities.

At the first site, a trash can in front of a motorcycle repair shop on the road to Yingor Chalerm Phrakiat 80th Anniversary Hospital was inspected. The explosion damaged the trash can, which contained debris mixed with fragments of an IED. Three motorcycles parked nearby were also damaged.

The second location involved a trash can opposite a mobile phone shop in front of the Livestock Office. This site showed similar damage, with debris and IED fragments scattered around.

The third location was in front of a food stall where a Mazda sedan was parked. Evidence similar to that at the first two sites was found.

At the fourth location, a trash can near another mobile phone shop was damaged, with debris and IED fragments scattered around.

The fifth and final site saw an IED planted in thick vegetation beside a road leading to Phetkasem Road. The blast flattened vegetation within a 2-foot radius, and IED fragments were collected as evidence.

CCTV footage showed two perpetrators on a motorcycle placing the bombs. The driver wore a helmet, while the passenger wore a baseball cap. They used IEDs weighing approximately 1 kg, concealed in plastic shopping bags. The bombs were placed at the locations at around 7:15 PM on February 14th, before the duo fled the scene.
