YALA: Flooding in Yala has eased in 5 districts after the rain stopped and the water level receded. Yala Governor reveals that Yala is suffering from flooding in all 8 districts, affecting more than 100,000 people. There have been 85 landslides. More than 100,000 people have been affected and 5 have died. The rain in the area has now stopped. The water level has started to decrease. The situation has improved in 5 districts. Muang Yala District has been hit the hardest, especially the economic zone. The flooding has spread to 70% of the area. It is stated that this flooding is the worst in 36 years.
