The event, held at the Jim Jaem Boxing camp in Nakhon Sawan Province, featured over 47 boxing matches and was spearheaded by Madam Pim Wichada De Smith.
According to Thai News Agency, the competition was designed to provide promising young boxers from across the country with the opportunity to showcase their potential in a standard ring. The event aimed to discover talented boxers for development towards international competitions and to inspire youth to use sports as a path to success. The initiative focused on promoting sports and providing real-world experience for new boxers under the guidance of experienced coaches and trainers. The goal was to elevate the standards of Thai boxers and prepare them for national and international competitions, with an emphasis on nutrition for young fighters.
Madam Pim Wichada De Smith highlighted the significance of the KNOCKOUT championship belt competition for the lower northern and upper central regions. Fighters from various camps, including Jimjaem Boxing, Sit Phra Ajarn Tai, and ATK Muay Thai Gym, competed in the event. Notable results included Sunday JimJam Boxing's victory in the 30 kg weight class, Mulin J. Apichat Muay Thai's triumph in the 38 kg class, and Ikkyu-san S. Manit's knockout win in the 72 kg division.
The event also included the awarding of scholarships to talented young individuals, supporting their education and sports skills development. This reflects Jimjaem Boxing's commitment to developing quality individuals alongside quality athletes. The event was attended by King Saenchai of Muay Thai, who offered encouragement to the young fighters. Beyond the competitions, attendees enjoyed a concert featuring Estella De Smit and guest artist John The Voice.
