Berlin: Jrgen Klopp, the former Liverpool manager, has accepted an offer from the German Football Federation (DFB) to take over as the head coach of the German national team. Klopp steps into the role following the resignation of Julian Nagelsmann, who left his position after Germany's elimination in the round of 32 at the 2026 World Cup.
According to Thai News Agency, Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano has reported that Klopp is set to sign a long-term contract with the DFB. This agreement will see him leading Germany in upcoming international competitions, including the Nations League, Euro 2028, and the 2030 World Cup.
