‘Lawyer Witthayu’ Files Complaint Against ‘Lawyer Tum’ with Crucial Evidence Under Computer Crime Act.

Bangkok: ‘Lawyer Witthayu’ has submitted significant evidence to file a complaint against ‘Lawyer Tum’ under the Computer Crime Act at the Crime Suppression Division, extending well wishes to ‘Film-Ratthaphum.’

According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Witthayu Kaengngan, representing Mr. Woraratpol Woratworakul, also known as Boss Paul, appeared at the Crime Suppression Division today. He brought a 6-hour audio transcript to investigators regarding a case involving Ms. Krisanong, who allegedly demanded a bribe from The Icon Group Company. The investigation seeks to determine whether the audio content constitutes extortion or relates to another charge. The recordings allegedly suggest the possibility of resolving matters with the Consumer Protection Board, a government agency implicated in the audio, at the director level. Mr. Witthayu confirmed to reporters that the Consumer Protection Board was indeed the mentioned agency.

Today’s evidence submission targets ‘Lawyer Tum’ for allegedly inputting false information into the computer system, violating the Computer Crime Act. The allegations stem from a conversation transcript where Lawyer Tum purportedly demanded 7.5 million baht from Boss The Icon Group, claiming it was to settle issues with a group of 85 victims. The evidence also includes a chat on social media.

Furthermore, Mr. Witoon discussed a summons for Mr. Film Ratthaphum to meet investigators on December 6, where charges of ‘attempted extortion’ will be addressed. Despite the ongoing legal proceedings, Mr. Witoon expressed no personal animosity and wished Film good luck.
