PEA Unveils ‘PEA Sabuy Service’ Campaign to Streamline Electricity Services

Bangkok: The Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA) has introduced the “PEA Sabuy Service: Everything Electric is Easy” campaign, with Joey Phuwasit as its face, aiming to cater to all age groups. On February 18, 2026, Mr. Mongkol Treekitjanon, the Governor of PEA, led the campaign’s launch event at PEA Headquarters, where executives, employees, and media members gathered.

According to Thai News Agency, PEA is advancing its transformation into a Digital Utility, rolling out the ‘PEA Sabuy Service – Convenient for All Electricity Matters’ campaign. This initiative seeks to enhance electricity services for citizens across the nation through a user-friendly and efficient digital platform. The campaign highlights five main services, starting with PEA Smart Plus, a flagship application that allows users to manage electricity-related transactions via mobile devices. It includes features like bill payment, complaint filing, and energy expense management, available on iOS and Android.

Another feature, Watt-D Point, rewards users for timely bill payments with points redeemable for bill refunds and benefits like discounts on electric vehicle charging. The campaign also introduces PEA e-Bill, promoting electronic billing to reduce paper use and document loss while offering extra Watt-D Points for subscribers each month.

PEA e-Service provides a comprehensive online platform at sabuyservice.pea.co.th, offering over 29 services including electricity applications, bill payment, and energy solutions like solar power installation. The aim is to streamline processes and enhance user convenience and speed.

Additionally, the LINE Official Account: PEA Thailand (Green Shield) offers secure channels for bill notifications, information checks, and payments. Through these services, PEA is committed to evolving from a traditional electricity provider to a digital energy platform, integrating technology and energy to foster a sustainable future for Thailand.
