Following the receding of floods, flash floods, and landslides in several areas of Nan Province, what remains are mud, damaged belongings, and homes that need urgent restoration to enable people to return to normal life as quickly as possible. Disaster relief volunteers from Border Patrol Police Company 325 and Border Patrol Police Region 3 were deployed to help people clean their homes, wash away mud, move damaged belongings and property, and provide ongoing relief to affected families.

Simultaneously, forces are closely monitoring the water situation and terrain to be ready to assist the public immediately should a recurrence of the situation or if any area requires further assistance. The Royal Thai Police and Border Patrol Police confirm that they will continue to care for the public, from the initial response and relief efforts to post-flood recovery, so that people can return to normal life as quickly as possible.
