According to Thai News Agency, the survey, conducted in collaboration with Statista, assessed data from over 300,000 employees across more than 50 countries. It aimed to identify companies that prioritize comprehensive employee welfare, considering factors such as income, benefits, skills development, growth opportunities, and work environment.
