According to Thai News Agency, the Coordination Center for Water Management in Crisis Situations 2026 is expediting the dispatch of machinery, equipment, and personnel to improve drainage and minimize impacts on affected communities as of October 8, 2026.
In Bangkok, water pumps have been provided to areas including Krisadanakorn 25 Village in Khlong Sam Wa District, Happy Place 2 Village in Lam Pla Thiu Subdistrict, and Krisana Village in Min Buri District. Additionally, dump trucks were sent to Lat Krabang and Saphan Sung districts to enhance flood relief efforts.
In Pathum Thani Province, assistance includes water pumps at the Baan Maharaj Foundation in Thanyaburi District and Grande Pleno Phaholyothin-Vibhavadi 98 Village in Khlong Luang District to accelerate water drainage.
Chachoengsao Province received electric water pumps at the sluice gate at Canal 17's end and in Village No. 1, Bang Phai Subdistrict, to boost drainage efficiency.
In Chonburi Province, there is a request to open additional sluice gates near Wat Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Phanat Nikhom District to enhance water drainage strategies.
Samut Songkhram Province benefits from electric water pumps at the Mueang Mai Subdistrict Administrative Organization in Amphawa District to mitigate local impact.
Reports of water pump operations at Prawet Metropolitan Police Station and suggestions for drainage in areas like Moti Villa Ladkrabang-Suvarnabhumi are being assessed by the coordination center for further action.
