SEC appoints 'Varah Sucharitakul' as a member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand, replacing 'Pichai Chunhavachira' who left the position before the end of his term.Mrs. Pornanong Busaratrakul, Secretary-General of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), revealed that the Securities and Exchange Commission, in its 8/2024 meeting on July 4, 2024, resolved to appoint one member of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET member), namely Mr. Wara Sucharitakul, to replace the SET member (Mr. Pichai Chunhavajira) who left his position before the end of his term on April 25, 2024.The above-mentioned appointees will serve in the position for the remaining term of the SET board members who vacate their positions before the end of their term, effective from July 4, 2024 onwards.Source: Thai News Agency
