Narathiwat: Found a suspicious pickup truck causing an incident in front of Su-ngai Kolok District Office. The pickup truck suspected of being used in the shooting and bombing incident in front of the Su-ngai Kolok District Office in Narathiwat Province last night has been found.
According to Thai News Agency, officers were notified by the village headman of Ban Kuwa that a silver-bronze Isuzu pickup truck, suspected of being used in the incident in Su-ngai Kolok District, was found abandoned in a palm plantation in Ban Kuwa, Riko Subdistrict, on the way to Lubo Batu. Most recently, security agencies have blocked off the route while waiting for relevant officers to inspect it.
Meanwhile, the governor of Narathiwat visited and gave moral support to those injured in the shooting and bombing incidents in Su-ngai Kolok and Su-ngai Padi districts last night, in which 8 village defense volunteers were injured and 4 civilians were injured, with 9 people sent to Su-ngai Kolok Hospital for treatment, of which 2 are still in the ICU. He also ordered the district to open a point to receive urgent assistance and compensation for those affected.
