According to Thai News Agency, Mr. Chai Eiamsiri, CEO of Thai Airways International Public Company Limited, issued an apology to passengers for the inconvenience and assured them that efforts are being made to deliver their baggage swiftly. The situation is being closely monitored until all baggage is returned.
The baggage from flights on September 26-27, 2026, is gradually being delivered to registered passengers. Thai Airways has also reported delays in 34 flights on September 28, 2026, and expressed gratitude to passengers for their understanding and cooperation.
Passengers who have registered their baggage can track its status through several channels. For self-collection, they can visit the Baggage Service Office on the 2nd floor in front of the domestic passenger exit, available from 0630 to 2330, or contact Tel. 02-134-5373-74. For those who use a QR code to register their baggage information, the airline will deliver the baggage to the registered address.
For additional assistance, passengers on domestic routes can contact Tel. 0-2134-5373-74, while those on international routes can reach out to Tel. 0-2134-5466-68. Passengers will be contacted via phone or email to confirm their information before the delivery of their luggage.
Thai Airways continues to apologize for the inconvenience and is working to manage the backlog of baggage efficiently.
