These include free date and route changes and ticket refunds for those who purchased tickets by September 29, 2026, and are traveling to or from Bangkok during the specified period.

Passengers can change travel dates on the same route without incurring change fees or no-show fees, within the ticket’s validity period. Route changes and refunds for unused tickets are also available. In the event of a flight cancellation or delay exceeding three hours, all related fees will be waived.
