Trump Revamps White House Bathroom to Reflect Historical Accuracy

Washington: The US leader is renovating a bathroom inside the White House. President Donald Trump announced on social media that he was renovating the Lincoln Bathroom at the White House, which was originally a light green. Trump posted that the bathroom had been renovated in the 1940s in an Art Deco style, which he said was completely inappropriate for Lincoln’s era. He also posted a series of photos of the bathroom, and later posted a short message saying, “The Lincoln Bathroom in the White House after renovation is a very polished marble.”

According to Thai News Agency, the bathroom renovation project comes days after Trump recently ordered the demolition of the White House’s east wing to make way for a $300 million ballroom, which is now under construction.

The White House, the official residence of the President of the United States, covers 5,100 square meters and has 132 rooms across six floors. It also has a swimming pool and a kitchen that can accommodate up to 140 guests.
