The government must explain how much is requested, where this part comes from, and how it will be used. Me anwhile, members must discuss whether they agree or disagree with what the government proposes, which is in accordance with the law and meeting regulations. As for whether to consider 3 readings in a row or not, the Speaker of the House of Representatives said that it depends on the meeting, but normally, they will consider 3 readings. Tomorrow, they will agree on the principle and set up a committee to consider and study it.
