Bangkok: A night of celebration is about to begin again with '16 Years of Malihuana Music Campfire: This Land Has Legends,' a concert that brings together songs, people, friendship, and memories from the past 16 years on one stage.
According to Thai News Agency, the press conference was held at Krathiam Phrik Thai Dam restaurant (Leap Khlong Song) on September 16, 2026, hosted by Sun Manoch Puttan and Pinyo Rungsamai, in the presence of numerous media representatives.
Featuring a special story that goes beyond music, connecting Thai art and culture, one of the highlights is the Khonon Temple Shadow Puppet Show from Ratchaburi Province. This valuable art form has been passed down through generations, showcasing the stories of people and wisdom from the past to the present.
The "This Land Has Legends" concert therefore doesn't just talk about the artists or the songs, but also about the stories of the people, art, and culture that have shaped Thai society.
Ajarn Kai Maleehuana personally invited the artists to participate in the event, each with their own unique and interesting story, such as Add Carabao, Eed Footpath, Bom Sincharoen, and the hottest new rising star in Luk Thung (Thai country music), "Nong Tonkhao Supriya."
A highlight to watch was "Nong Tonkhao Supriya" performing a special version of "Saeng Chan" (Moonlight) with A. Kai Maleehuana, and also featuring Eed Footpath playing the harmonica with Maleehuana, greatly impressing the audience.
Meanwhile, "Uncle Add Carabao" and "Bom Sincharoen" also performed under the name BAD ASS to celebrate the 16th anniversary of the Malihuana music campfire.
From seasoned veteran artists to rising new talent, each possesses different levels of experience, age, and musical styles, yet shares a common passion for music. Furthermore, A Supachai and songwriters such as Payat Phuwichai and Wasu Haoharn also joined in to offer their congratulations.
16 years is not just a number, but a time filled with songs, friendships, and memories shared by many people.
