The image was taken in front of portraits of His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen and was accompanied by a heartfelt message from Anutin.In the message, Anutin expressed gratitude for the royal gesture, stating, "His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen graciously bestowed upon me, through Air Vice Marshal Phakdi Saengchuto, Assistant Royal Secretary, the honor of delivering this floral arrangement on the occasion of my 60th birthday."
