Bangkok: The Thai stock market closed at 1,612.62 points today, marking a decline of 11.74 points, or 0.72%. The trading volume for the day was recorded at 69,950.50 million baht.According to Thai News Agency, the index stayed in negative territory throughout the day and weakened further in the afternoon session. The market witnessed fluctuations with the index reaching a high of 1,628.67 points and a low of 1,610.41 points. In terms of individual stock performance, 164 stocks saw an increase, 309 experienced a decrease, and 187 remained unchanged.
