His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen were accompanied by Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya, His Royal Highness Prince Dipangkorn Rasmijoti Mahavajirotmaangkura Siri Vibulyarajakumara, and Chao Khun Phra Sineenath Pilaskalyani at the Phiman Rattaya Throne Hall in the Grand Palace for the memorial service of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavadi, Krom Luang Rajasarinisiripatchara Mahavajrarajathida.According to Thai News Agency, the ceremony began with the laying of wreaths by His Majesty the King and Her Majesty the Queen in front of the royal urn of the late Princess. The event was marked by the sound of conch shells and musical instruments as the honor guard paid their respects, and the royal orchestra played the Mahachai anthem. His Majesty the King lit incense and candles at the altar, worshipping the Buddha image rep resenting the day of the Princess's birth. Officials chanted Buddhist prayers, and monks offered blessings.Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya participated in lighting incense and candles during the Dharma ceremony. Phra Thep Wachiraphinan delivered a sermon on the afterlife. The conclusion of the ceremony saw His Majesty the King presenting offerings to the monks and lighting incense and candles for the Abhidhamma prayers.
